General Refund and Returns Policy

All returns require pre-authorization.  Please contact us at returns@buyonekit.com to request return authorization.  We cannot guarantee the handling of items returned without prior authorization as unauthorized returns may become misplaced or lost.

Items in new, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If an item is found to have been opened or used a refund will not be issued.  The customer has the option to have the item sent back to them (at no additional shipping cost) or may choose to receive store credit (less any applicable restocking fees).  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Defective items may be exchanged for a replacement within 45 days of purchase.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping, however the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.  Defective items must be received prior to the replacement item being sent.
