OneKit wants to be your partner in saving lives!  If you use certain items purchased from us in the course of providing emergency first aid care in a life-threatening situation we will replace the used item at no cost under our LifeSaver Promise program. 

This program is governed by the following terms and conditions.

Covered Items
The following life-saving items are covered under the LifeSaver Promise:

• Tourniquets
• Hemostatic gauze
• Chest seals
• Airway adjuncts
• Decompression needles
• Emergency blankets

Circumstances of Use
Covered items will be replaced at no cost when used to care for a victim experiencing a life-threatening injury.  Evidence of use during a life-threatening emergency is required to verify program eligibility.  

Qualifying evidence includes:

• Letter on letterhead from the responding EMS provider agency
• Letter on letterhead from a treating physician
• Video or photographic evidence of use with the OneKit logo visible (only take photos on scene when authorized to do so)
• Signed statement from the victim that received treatment

All evidence is subject to verification.  

Other Program Terms
You must also provide proof that the item used was purchased from OneKit.  A copy of your original purchase receipt, order number, or email address used during purchase is required for proof of purchase.

The LifeSaver Promise replacement program is limited to one claim per purchased kit.  Multiple covered items may be included in this claim.  For example, if a tourniquet and chest seal were used together then we will replace both items.

OneKit and its parent company CPR Ready, Inc. reserve the right to use non-patient-identifying information received for promotional purposes.  This includes any photographs or video submissions.
